Walking in a Slushy Wonderland

Today was my first experience of snow! It was kind of disappointing =( I could see some flakes as they wafted slowly down from the sky, but they turned to slush on the wet ground. So I just got really wet. We had no rain for a whole week which was fantastic...I think some of the higher areas around here got better snow that Vancouver. But at least I've seen it now (kinda)! I'm glad I rugged up today because I felt warm aside from my face. (3 shirts, a lightweight jumper, 2 jackets, beenie (aka tuque [rhymes with spook] in Canada), gloves, scarf, lined trackies (PE today)
